Coastal Studies for Girls hosts Guest Lecture Series

The public is invited to attend a series of lectures this spring at the Freeport Public Library hosted by Coastal Studies for Girls.

Throughout the semester, Coastal Studies for Girls welcomes experts such as marine biologists, environmentalists and nature photographers to share their knowledge with our students as part of our curriculum.

 Sail away with the Ancients. Dr. Ward will share the research, boat building process, and seafaring skills needed to replicate and launch the Min of the Desert, a replica of an ancient Egyptian vessel. www.coastalstudiesforgirls.org
