• 360 Profile (Fitness Assessment) with Joe de Silva, BS, FMS, personal fitness trainer
• Chair Massage with Heather Goulette, LMT, licensed massage therapist
• Bio-impedance Analysis (BIA) with Susan Fekety, MSN, CNM who offers women's health, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle counseling
• Shamanic Visualization with Evelyn Rysdyk and Allie Knowlton, MSW, LCSW, DCSW, who offer Shamanic Healing
• Wheel of Life Coaching Tool with Deb Bergeron, CPCC, ACC, certified Life Coach
Attendees can also learn about:
• Walk and Talk Therapy: Cait Guvench, MS, LCPC will share her unique approach to counseling.
• Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs: Laura Meyer, L.Ac., MCTM, Diplo. Ac. will share about her approach to acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine
• Empower ME for Health initiative: Bethany Hays, MD will share information about this initiative to help people take control of their health
• The Kids Corner: Children can enjoy fun activities while parents learn more about Mary Rafter, MSN, FNP and her approach to family care
