TRUE NORTH LAUNCHES INAUGURAL 5K WELLNESS WALK

Route 88 in Falmouth
True North will host its inaugural 5K Wellness Walk on Thursday, August 9 at 5:30pm along Route 88 in Falmouth to celebrate healthy living, preventive care and True North's 10 year anniversary. Registration and warm up activities begin at 5:30pm; the Walk begins at 6pm.
Participants may pick their pace walking or running the course (this is not a race), which will begin and end at Pine Grove School, following Route 88 north to Knight Street and back.
Bottled water, light snacks and live musical entertainment will be provided. Each participant who registers by July 26 will receive aT-s hirt.
Registration information:
· $20 - Adults (ages 18 and over)
· $10 - Teens (ages 13-17)
· FREE - Children (ages 12 and under)
Participants are encouraged to achieve a fundraising goal of $75 through individual sponsors. Fundraisers who surpass $100 in additional fundraising will be entered in a special raffle drawing.
All proceeds from this event count toward True North’s 50K Matching Funds Challenge and go to support True North's education, research, access programs and general operations.
