Maine Department of Transportation (MaineDOT) will be holding their second of three public meetings at 6 pm on August 7th at the State of Maine Room at Portland City Hall. The meeting will focus on final design items for the new bridge, including railings, fishing/observation platforms and landscaping. The First Annual Falmouth Event - SHOP FALMOUTH

Falmouth's First "Shop Falmouth Weekend" is planned for December 7, 8and 9 beginning with a "Drop and Shop" for children with games andpizza at the Motz School, Mason Gym sponsored by the FalmouthCommunity Programs. Children in grades K-6 will enjoy a pizza party,gym games, arts and crafts and more. Dinner will be provided from5:30 to 6 (pizza). Pre-registration is required. Take thisopportunity to visit Falmouth's wonderful shops and services duringthe holiday season. The 26th Annual Falmouth Community Tree Lightingis scheduled on Wednesday, December 5 from 5:30 to 6:30 at theFalmouth Village Park and will include a visit from Santa. FMI781-5253
