FITNESS PLUS 55


If you are 55 or older and wish to stay young in heart this class is for you! Low-impact aerobics, chair or floor exercises, stretches and strengthening work, are all taught in an enjoyable, socially supportive and relaxed environment. Join Falmouth Community Programs for 45-minute of pure un-adulterated fun. Please bring your own mat; 1-2 lb. hand weights are optional. There are two sessions - Tuesday's and Thursdays; January 8 to February 14 and Tuesdays and Thursdays, March 5 to April 11. Pre-registration required. FMI 781-5253
